libbmusb-dev software package provides userspace driver for Blackmagic USB3 video capture cards, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbmusb-dev
libbmusb-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbmusb-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbmusb-dev *
You will get with libbmusb-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
